Help Me I have Oranges without names that need curing! - March 4, 2010

Ok, so I have these oranges on my roof. They are small, about the size of a small plum. Bright orange, and with 2-3 big seeds inside. They are intensly sour, and I know that I can use them for something. Cooking has been done as in marinades, but while that is nice, I would love to do more. So I ask all of you. What should I/we do with these? I am thinking a liquer, like Limoncello, but less sweet. Suggestions? Ideas?

Please help I don’t want my oranges to rot! :)
